By registering with Road X, all masqueraders acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Registration & Payments
All registrations are first come, first served and are not confirmed until payment is received.
Payments made toward Road X packages are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full by the stated deadline. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.
2. Costume & Package Inclusions
Each package includes only what is explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Road X reserves the right to make minor adjustments to costume design, materials, or details due to supplier availability or production needs.
All-inclusive packages cover listed items only. Items not stated are not implied.
3. Jouvert Section (If Applicable)
Jouvert packages are all-inclusive and sold as a complete experience.
No substitutions, downgrades, or partial refunds will be issued for unused components of the Jouvert package.
Jouvert availability is limited and subject to capacity.
4. Event Execution & Carnival Conditions
Road X does not control weather, city permits, parade routes, event timing, or overall Carnival execution.
Parade length, start/end times, and overall experience may vary based on Carnival organizers and city regulations.
No refunds will be issued due to changes in route length, schedule adjustments, or unforeseen execution issues.
5. Complimentary Events & Perks
Complimentary tickets, parties, or experiences are bonus perks, not guaranteed components of any package.
Availability is subject to third-party hosts and may change at any time.
Road X is not responsible for cancellations, capacity limits, or changes made by external event organizers.
6. Hotel Accommodations
Hotel blocks, if offered, are a courtesy coordination service only.
Road X is not responsible for hotel pricing, policies, cancellations, or room availability.
Masqueraders are responsible for securing and paying for their own accommodations unless otherwise stated.
7. Masquerader Conduct
Masqueraders are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, fellow masqueraders, partners, and the public.
Disorderly, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the band without refund.
Road X reserves the right to deny participation to anyone whose behavior compromises safety or brand integrity.
8. Media & Content Usage
By participating with Road X, masqueraders grant permission for photos and videos taken during events to be used for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes.
Content may be shared on social media, websites, and promotional materials without compensation.
9. Assumption of Risk
Carnival participation involves physical activity, outdoor conditions, and large crowds.
Masqueraders participate at their own risk and are responsible for their personal health, hydration, and safety.
Road X is not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
10. Force Majeure
Road X is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, government restrictions, acts of God, or public safety concerns.
No refunds will be issued under force majeure conditions.
11. Right to Amend
Road X reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be communicated through official Road X channels.
